They are right on schedule to take my premium out of my bank account, but months and months delay on paying my claims. I call every three weeks or so and it is the same story, they switched to a new system, claims got processed wrong, they are working as fast as they can to reprocess them correctly, call back in three weeks.

I'm losing confidence fast, especially, reading that other people are having the same issues. I most likely will start looking for another alternative, this one is too much work and I am starting to worry this may be sometime of scheme.

So sad as they present themselves as a Christian organization, but do not represent themselves as such. :(
